Size Exchange and Damaged Items
If you received an item that doesn't fit quite right or it arrived damaged, we're happy to assist you with a hassle-free exchange.
We'll provide you with both a return label and a prepaid shipping label at no extra cost. Your contentment is our highest priority, and we're committed to finding that perfect fit for you.
Unwanted Items
Should you decide that the item you ordered isn't what you had in mind, we're here to make things right. We'll supply you with a return label for your convenience. Please note that for unwanted items, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Support team at [Contact Information] within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary return label(s) based on the reason for the return.
- Safely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact.
- Affix the provided return label(s) to the package, covering any previous labels or barcodes.
- Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location.
Refund/Exchange Processing:
- For size exchanges and damaged items, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly process the exchange and send out the replacement.
- For unwanted items, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels intact.
- In the case of exchanges, the replacement item will be sent once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the damaged item/ requested exchange item is no longer in stock, we will offer a full refund.
